2. JOIN THE PROGRAM NOW, IF YOU:
- Are university students or fresh graduates who can work full time in 3-6 months
- Have learning agility & growing mindset
- High resiliency & drive for results, and excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese & English
3. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- You will join in real and live business projects, and be led, and coached by Mondelēz Leadership Team.
- Fast-track to our next Taste The Future Management Trainee Program once you graduate (If you perform well)
4. OUR SELECTION PROCESS:
- Round 1: CV Screening (31 Aug – 18 Sep)
- Round 2: Initial Interview (31 Aug – 18 Sep)
- Round 3: SHL Test (5 Sep – 18 Sep)
- Round 4: Panel Interview (19 Sep – 30 Sep)
